Metal Gear Solid 4, still Playstation 3 exclusive?

"Gah, this is so confusing, can't they just get the game done already!?
Could this be true? Will Xbox 360 owners never get their chance to play Metal Gear Solid 4 on their fave console? I think Konami is holding its horses to see how well the Playstation 3 exclusive will sell, if not satisfied with the results I’m sure their ‘plan b’ involves ports.
Konami has invested heavily into the latest iteration of the Metal Gear Solid franchise and in my opinion selling anything less than two million units will be a loss.
Maybe not financially but rather in terms of doing justice to one of the greatest video gaming franchises of all time, this isn’t a matter of just money, this is a matter of respect among the big boys.
