Microsoft Shows off Massive Image Data Proessing

This is somewhat similar to Google Earth and even 'Megatextures' which are actually both more or less the samething. Basically this technology allows computers to deal with massive amounts of information through streaming data from the harddrive rather than having to store it in the RAM.

There is no fancy name for this yet, Microsoft is waiting on Apples marketting department (comprised of its sleazy salesmen turned executives) to come up with a name and sucker the Apple fanboys to pay a nice premium for it.
