If R2-D2 was made during the industrial revolution...
It can make some good turns but can't go forward really fast, runs purely on steam power, it was made a short time ago in a garage near, near by.

By the looks of that video it looks like it can't do anything much.
It begs the question... why?! Judging from those steam vents you probably couldn't stand within 10 feet of it anyway without getting burnt!
