Regular Fellatio Reduces Risk of Breast Cancer Occurrences
February 17th 2007 14:35
No, this isn’t a joke, this is the real deal.
Right, one would assume the ‘reasearch’ was conducted by sexually frustrated ‘reasearchers(?)’ wanting to get more out of their significant others… or more into them.
Well that’s not true, the ‘reasearcher’ was actually a woman who goes by the name of ‘Helena Shifteer’ (or Helena ‘Shifty’).
Hmm, yeah I bet you love to ‘fellate’, of course it is to reduce your chances of breast cancer.
Naturally there are those (male) doctors who are excited about this new research too, very much so -
Said Dr. A.J. Kramer of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, who was (to his disappointment) not involved in the 'reasearch'.
I can see the bad ‘time for your medication’ jokes coming now.
This research is quite old, the article itself is copyrighted 2003.
My apologies for placing this in the 'Food & Cooking' section, just one of those things that have no defined category.
The reasearch consisted of two groups, 6,246 women ages 25 to 45 who had performed fellatio and swallowed on a regular basis over the past five to ten years, and 9,728 women who had not or did not swallow. The group of women who had performed and swallowed had a breast cancer rate of 1.9 percent and the group who had not had a breast cancer rate of 10.4 percent.

"Only with regular occurance will your chances be reduced, so I encourage all women out there to make fellatio an important part of their daily routine," … "Since the emergence of the research, I try to fellate at least once every other night to reduce my chances."

(I am) excited that the researchers may have discovered a relatively easy way to lower the occurance of breast cancer in women.

My scientific side is wondering if this all ties in with studies suggesting better health in general for people who are members of a close, loving couple... but my (much stronger) sarcastic smartass side is already laughing about how this is going to impact pick-up lines in singles bars...
