Who Throws The Rocks?

Perhaps I'm not looking at it fully or am missing something, I don't know, just how can someone be stupid enough to not know where the Berlin Wall is located? How can someone be stupid enough to mistake North Korea with Australia?

Then again, I've never been to America.
